Cleaves the backbone of the 3 major types of natural xyloglucans (seed galactoxyloglucan from tamarind kernel, dicot fucogalactoxyloglucan from lettuce leaves, and solanaceous arabinogalactoxyloglucan from tomato fruit), to produce xyloglucan oligosaccharides.
